Connect App (UX)

Overview

Connect needed an app designed and developed to support its partnership with Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to transport disabled people from and to their destination during COVID.

Challenge

One of the requirements is that the app would only be available to members with a WMATA ID number. Each registrant needed to register to use the app. There would be a hold period until account confirmation. The challenge was to improve on that experience and make it as efficient and prompt as possible.

Solution

An MVP’s functionality was determined, designed, and developed with the collaboration of representatives from Connect and WMATA. I gathered from the MVP to determine future improvements for the app.
